DOA Policy
Our livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. If for some reason its does not, a replacement or refund will be issued. You must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, or the DOA Guarantee becomes void. We require you contact us within in two (2) hours of delivery at fishbrokersnj@gmail.com to let us know you have a DOA. We require a photo of the livestock outside the bag. Please include any pertinent information (package condition, bag condition, water temp, etc).A refund will be issued on the value of the dead livestock. Refunds are for the value of the livestock only and do not include the cost of shipping. Please do not dispose of any livestock until you hear back from us as additional pictures or video May be needed. Fishbrokers is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages or other acts beyond our control.
