Acclimation

Our livestock May arrive with medication in the water to help ease shipping stress on the livestock. For this reason do not mix any of the bag water with your water.

To acclimate begin by floating bag in your water to stabilize temps.

Open the shipping bag (be careful not to mix our water in to yours). Move  the livestock and water from bag into your acclimation container.

Once in acclimation container begin your  drip acclimation process.

We like to keep our salinity between 1.024 and 1.025 to make it easier for the livestock to transfer into there new home.

Once you have matched salinity and ph your new livestock is ready to be transferred into the tank.

Even tho we do medicate for internal and external parasites, bacterial, fungal, and Protozoa we recommend everyone to quarantine there new livestock.
